According to the GBTA, American business travelers generally have a brighter outlook on their travel experience this year versus last, citing improvements in social media accessibility, expense tracking, travel policy, safety and general corporate health. American business travelers are so satisfied that 92% say “they would travel the same amount or more in the future,” according to GBTA.
Of the eight nations responding to a survey sponsored by the Global Business Travel Association and American Express, business travelers in Mexico and the United States had the highest overall satisfaction levels (109.7 and 105.6 respectively).
