As information and guidelines change, so have / will we. For now, our focus is on Duty of Care and playing a constructive role within our industry during this time of instability and beyond.

We are cleaning and disinfecting our vehicles multiple times each day, including between all passenger changes. This cleaning process includes, but is not limited to all handles, power switches, door storage areas, windows, cup holders, car seats (including booster seats), trunk & seatbelts.
We have carefully researched and chosen the best disinfectant cleaner available, Vitula Biocide®, a CDC certified disinfectant for use against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
In addition to Vitula Biocide® spray, we are also using Sani Professional Disinfectant Multi-Purpose Wipes, which are EPA registered disinfectants that have qualified under EPA’s emerging viral pathogens program for use against SARS-CoV-2.
As recommended by the CDC, we require all our chauffeurs to wear face masks when operating their vehicle. We recommend that passengers bring their own masks and gloves. We have also notified all our employees to stay at home if they believe they may be sick. If we discover at any time that one of our chauffeurs was ill while dealing with customers, we will notify our clients immediately, require the chauffeur to stay home until proven no longer contagious and we will also quarantine the vehicle for 72 hours along with a thorough cleaning, which is triple the amount of time recommended by the CDC. We now have social distancing seating available to suit your preferences. For example, vehicles with more than one passenger may employ a zigzag pattern of seating. We’ve also modified our driver and passenger interaction practices. Your chauffeur will open and close doors to the vehicle and the trunk, and passengers can handle their own luggage to avoid even the chance of cross-contamination. Our chauffeurs also have been instructed to not shake hands with passengers.

Even during the best of times, we know that travelers’ plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures that now as always, you can book travel knowing that you can change or cancel it within our reasonable cancellation window and not be charged.
Based on OSHA guidelines, we are recommending our customers allow the driver to lower some of the windows to increase airflow. If that is not reasonable, we have trained our chauffeurs not to use the “air re-circulation” button, rather to let fresh air in using the car vents.
We’ve temporarily removed all courtesy items from our vehicles and recommend that passengers avoid unnecessarily touching buttons inside the vehicle.
Chauffeurs have been thoroughly trained on the new service standards as well as how to safely clean and disinfect their vehicles. Refresher training will continue on an ongoing basis.
We currently have installed barrier walls in some of our larger vehicles.. We may also install barrier walls in our fleet of luxury sedans once we acquire complete data on the safety measures required for sedan installation.
At this time, front seat travelers are prohibited. All travelers must sit in the back seats, based on CDC recommendations.
