Forbes Travel Guide celebrated its 60th anniversary for The Star Awards to recognize the top services in the industry worldwide. More than 700 people from 40 countries attended the exclusive black-tie summit on February 27 and 28 in Beverly Hills, CA.
Scott Solombrino, CEO of Dav El | BostonCoach, Steve Pitel, Chief Sales Officer, and Chris Shaw, Vice President of Hotel and Government Relations attended the star-studded Five-Star Gala to accept the recognition presented by Forbes Travel Guide CEO, Jerry Inzerillo.

The 2018 Brand Officials were selected to represent the best products and services in the luxury hospitality industry that were evaluated to meet Forbes high standards. Undercover inspectors evaluate over 1600 brands in over 50 countries based on up to 900 objective standards, with an emphasis on luxury, authenticity, and experience.
The top brands span throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. Some newly added international destinations for 2018 include Abu Dhabi; Amsterdam; Aruba; Chengdu, China; Dubai; Hokkaido, Japan; Jamaica; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Madrid; Marrakech, Morocco; Okinawa, Japan; Panama; Prague; Sanya, China; and Vienna. As Forbes Travel Guide marks its 60th year, it will expand to inspecting in 60 countries in preparation for its 2019 Star Ratings.
